  7. To start this program, simply type:  BEGIN
  8. This will start the program and the main menu will appear.
  9. Once you are at the main menu, select "Read This First."

  14. The Federalist Papers is a program containing a collection  of  essays
  15. which  originally  appeared in the New York press between October 1787
  16. and May 1788.   These  essays,  collectively  known  as The Federalist
  17. Papers, (or sometimes  as  simply  The  Federalist)  were  written  by
  18. Alexander  Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison in support of the new
  19. Constitution.  This is a great program for the classroom or for anyone
  20. interested in the U.S.  Constitution or its history.  The  great  user
  21. interface makes it very easy to use on any IBM or compatible.
